1. How can I do my order confirmation?

Once you have added the products to cart and click on “Proceed to checkout”. You will be redirected to Summary page, click on “Proceed to checkout”. Then you will be redirected to “Sign in” page. Register or sign in if you are already registered. The next page will be “Address” page and you need to update your delivery and billing address and click on “Proceed to checkout”. The next page will be payment page. Select “COD” or PAYUMONEY to pay by using debit card, credit card or net banking. After selecting the payment, please click on “I confirm my order”.

2. What are the payment options available?

Two types of payment options are available.

a. COD- Cash on delivery. You can pay cash upon delivery of the product.

b. PAYUMONEY- Payment by using credit card, debit card or netbanking by using PayUMoney payment gateway. It will be secured by SSL protocol and all your card information will be transferred by encrypted format and it is highly secured.

3. How can I make payment through PAYUMONEY?

If you select “PAYUMONEY”, you will redirected to the payumoney login page. If you are new to payumoney, click on “I am new to Payumoney”. Provide your Email id as username, any password and mobile number. It will ask for Credit card information. After providing card information, click on “Make Payment”. It will redirect to the bank and will ask for SMS verification. After verification, it will be redirected to the bestshoppee page.

4. How can I return the product?

If you want to replace the product or return and get the money back, click on “Sign in” at the top of the home page. Select “Order history and details”. Please select the “Order reference” number of the order which you want to return. Please select the checkbox before reference number. There will be a box name” Merchandise return” below that. Provide the explanation for the return in the box and click on “Make an RMA slip”.

5. How many days after purchase, return can be done?

Return can be done within 10 days of delivery of the product

6. How can I track my order?

You can track your order status by clicking on “Track your order” at the top of the page. Please provide your order number and click on track. It will show the current status of your order.

7. Within how many days can I get the delivery of the product?

Delivery can be done in maximum of 5 working days within India. If any unexpected situations like product become out of stock or any natural calamities, delivery may be delayed.
